This Privacy Policy describes how Rippleware LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile application Sona (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below.
We collect two types of information: Personal Information and Non-personal / Device Information.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
The App uses third-party services which may collect, store, and process data. These providers have their own privacy policies — we recommend you review them for details.
Note: Payments are processed through Apple and Google. We only receive transaction confirmations and minimal purchase metadata required to grant in-app entitlements — we do not have access to your raw card data.
The App displays non-personalized ads via AdMob for users on the free/basic tier. If you prefer not to see ads you can upgrade within the App to a paid tier (if available) which removes ads. You may also control ad personalization through your device ad settings as permitted by Apple/Google.
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data maintained by us. To exercise these rights or for any privacy concerns, contact us at:
support@ripplewareapps.com
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes outlined, or as required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for product improvement.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us at support@ripplewareapps.com.
Because our services use providers (including Google/Firebase and Apple/Google payments), your data may be transferred or processed outside your country. We take steps to protect data consistent with applicable privacy laws.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
If you are a California resident you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) such as the right to know, access, and delete personal information. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@ripplewareapps.com.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
